Boca West Complete Condo Gut Renovation
A complete transformation on Lakeside Boulevard, with a custom kitchen, custom bathrooms and vanities, bar cabinetry, built-in closets, new flooring, impact windows and doors, and new interior doors.
A complete renovation, from gut to finished interior
This Lakeside Boulevard condominium in Boca West was completed as a full gut renovation, from the initial demolition through the finished interior. The scope went beyond individual room updates: the kitchen, both bathrooms, bar cabinetry, closets, flooring, impact windows and doors, and interior doors were all part of the project.
Custom cabinetry connects the home’s everyday spaces. The kitchen and bar share a warm wood-toned finish, while the bathrooms and closets use a lighter palette with coordinated storage. New flooring carries the finished interior through the living areas and bedrooms.
Custom kitchen and bar cabinetry
The kitchen was built around custom cabinetry, with storage arranged around the cooking, cleaning and preparation areas. Pale countertops and a light backsplash keep the room bright, while dark handles and fixtures give the cabinetry a defined outline.
Matching custom bar cabinetry extends the finish into the adjoining dining area. Upper and lower storage create a dedicated serving area while keeping its appearance consistent with the kitchen.

Two custom bathrooms, including the vanities
Both bathrooms were fully renovated with custom vanity cabinetry. The finished rooms pair light wall and floor finishes with dark fixtures and hardware, along with glass shower enclosures and coordinated mirrors.
Each vanity was part of the custom cabinetry scope, bringing storage into the bathroom design rather than treating it as a separate furnishing.
Built-in closets, made for the space
Custom closets were included throughout the renovation. The walk-in storage combines shelving, drawers and hanging areas, while the bedroom built-ins provide organized storage behind the closet doors.
The cabinetry was planned as part of the finished interior, alongside the new interior doors and flooring.
New flooring, impact windows and doors
The complete scope included new flooring, new impact windows and doors, and new interior doors. These improvements were coordinated with the room finishes and cabinetry as part of the full renovation.
